How it works

Five choices. One code.

The beta bag configurator walks through the five decisions a single-use beta bag needs, and the bag beside the controls follows each one. The result is a configuration code such as Empty · indA · 10 L · Standard or Pre-loaded · indB · 25 L · IC · Stoppers, a spec card you can read, and a request that already contains both.

Line. Empty beta bags you fill in your process, or Pre-loaded beta bags we load with your components in our ISO Class 7 cleanroom. Variety. indA, supplied non-sterile and autoclaved by you, or indB, supplied gamma sterile. Volume. 10 L or 25 L useful volume on the same 190 mm flange; the pouch grows and the readout follows. Port. Standard for standard 190 mm alpha ports, or Interlock-chamfer (IC) for chamfered ones. Kit. For the Pre-loaded line: rubber stoppers, twist-off ports, aluminium seals and flip-off caps, plungers, or other components; units per bag are agreed with you, never preset.

Labelling is previewed on the overwrap with your part number and lot. Custom sizes open a conversation with the transfer specialist, who routes them to engineering. When you are done, request this configuration: it travels with the form, and sales replies with a quotation within one business day.
