For samples

Beta bag samples are sent for your own alpha port, so tell us the port model and whether it is standard or chamfered. Add the application, the volume you expect to use, 10 L or 25 L, and the variety, indA or indB. If you have built a configuration in Build Your Bag, it is already in the form.

For a quotation or a question

A quotation needs the configuration, the expected annual quantity and the timeline; sales replies within one business day, and no prices are published on this site. A question goes to engineering: pre-loading of your components, custom sizes, a document from the documentation desk, or anything the Products page does not answer. Your details are stored only with your consent, as the privacy notice explains.

After you send

Sales reads every request and replies within one business day. Samples are prepared for the alpha port and the variety you named, so that the fit and, for indA, your own autoclave cycle can be checked on your line. A quotation is prepared for your configuration and your annual quantity; nothing is priced on this site. Documents come with the quotation: the CoA and CoC that ship with every batch, and on request the autoclave compatibility statement, the post-autoclave inspection protocol, load-pattern guidance, the extractables summary and the validation package under a mutual NDA.

Every bag is a single-use beta bag for industry-standard 190 mm alpha ports, 10 L or 25 L, made in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom. If a question needs engineering, it is routed there and the reply says so.
